| Greetings, Emerson parents! It was a busy summer, and now things are back in full swing with all of our students on-campus. We're looking ahead to Family Weekend on October 17-19, which will include our Fall Meeting from 1:30-3:30p.m. on Saturday, October 18. In order to accommodate our growing numbers, we'll be meeting at the Park Plaza Hotel. During the first hour, we'll welcome new parents and orient them to the Council; the second hour will be our board meeting during which we'll review our goals for the year and our committees -- Parent Partners (fundraising) and Outreach -- as well as discuss the formation of our Communications Task Force to share ideas for a parent communication plan with the College administration.
