Housing Information

Off-Campus Housing

Many of our transfer students live off campus. We encourage you to work with Off-Campus Student Services to find an apartment in Boston. OCSS offers all of the support you need to navigate your apartment search, including finding roommates and apartment listings. Once you are living off campus, OCSS helps you get connected to your neighborhood in Boston through off-campus programming.

On-Campus Housing

Although transfer students do not have a housing requirement, housing can be offered based upon two factors: date of completed non-guaranteed housing application and availability of space on campus.

You must first submit the nonrefundable enrollment deposit, and then you will be able to gain access to the non-guaranteed housing application.

For Spring Transfer Students, the non-guarantee housing application is available in late October. There is no close date.

For Fall Transfer Students, the non-guarantee housing application is available early May. There is no close date.
