A practitioner of user-centered design, Kerry has created marketing communications programs for novel technology, professional services, and consumer products. She has worked in agency, corporate, and university settings and held roles from Editor-in-Chief to Executive Director, Experience Strategy, and most recently, Affiliate Professor of Communication Studies.
Kerry has crafted stories on behalf of fledgling startups and Fortune 50 enterprises — all in the name of establishing, maintaining, and expanding connection — person to person, brand to consumer, employer to employee, and challenge to solution.
