Peter Medeiros’ collection, Extinct in the Wild, is forthcoming from Pen & Anvil Press. He is particularly interested in science fiction and fantasy that explores issues of mental health, education, and community. He is represented by Susan Velazquez at JABerwocky Literary Agency.

Medeiros teaches with the Popular Fiction MFA program at Emerson College, The MetroWest Writers Guild, and The Pioneer Valley Writers Workshop. He also teaches Kung Fu at Davis Square Martial Arts.
