Will Dreyfus is a screenwriter, newspaper features writer, and screenplay story consultant with over two decades of Hollywood industry experience. As a working screenwriter, he has sold or set-up over a dozen film projects. He has sold scripts, been hired for writing assignments, and optioned his material to such Hollywood heavyweights as director/actor Jonathan Frakes and producers Peter Guber, Harry Columby, Frank Yablans of Promenade Pictures, Avi Lerner, Randall Emmett, and others. Dreyfus was the sole screenwriter on the movie Hard Cash, starring Val Kilmer and Christian Slater, which was produced by Millennium Films.

Before becoming an independent screenplay analyst and consultant, Dreyfus spent the early part of his career as a director of development for producer Howard Rosenman at Brillstein-Grey Productions in Beverly Hills. As an analyst, Dreyfus has worked and/or consulted for some of Hollywood's biggest players, including CAA (Creative Artists Agency), Joel Silver Productions, Gary Ross's Larger Than Life Productions, Kadokawa Films, and a host of other prolific production companies. Dreyfus incorporates into his Emerson screenwriting course a hearty mix of screenwriting basics with the nuts-and-bolts reality of how to make it in Hollywood.
