Beatriz Gonzalez-Flecha

Dr. Beatriz Gonzalez-Flecha is a biomedical scientist with teaching and research interests in the areas of environmental toxicology, free radical biology and medicine, chemistry, biochemistry, physiology and mindfulness. She teaches courses in food and nutrition, human health and disease, and the science of mindfulness.

Dr. Gonzalez-Flecha’s other interests include poetry, music, theater, dance, photography, drawing and painting, film, and any other form of authentic art. She is fluent in Spanish and English, and proficient in Portuguese.
