Ed Lee

Ed Lee is a comedy writer who has written for TV sitcoms, animation shows, and awards shows. His recent autobiographical short film Becoming Eddie was in development as a streaming series with Sony Pictures Television and Ken Jeong.

Lee has recently written for the animated series Baby Shark’s Big Show, Bossy Bear, Wonder Pets: In the City, and Be@rbrick.

Prior to joining the faculty at Emerson, Lee wrote for television shows such as The Norm Show, The Drew Carey Show,Class of 3000, G.I. Joe: Renegades,andAre You There, Chelsea?

Lee was previously a faculty member at the American Film Institute Conservatory, USC School of Cinematic Arts, and UCLA Extension. In addition to writing for television, he was involved in sketch, improv, and storytelling at iO West, Westside Comedy Theater, and Upright Citizens Brigade Theater LA.
