Mohamed Khalil

Mohamed Khalil, a citizen of Sudan and the U.S, has more than three decades of experience working in the Middle East and North Africa. Khalil is a professor of global communication and intercultural communication, and a social policy adviser in Saudi Arabia, Sudan, and Egypt.

Khalil’s work spans over 25 countries worldwide. His projects include sports, healthcare, philanthropy, community organization, and edutainment, and Healthcare. He advised members of the Saudi royal family on policy areas such as grassroots engagement, sports, education, and employment. He also advised local governments in Sudan on housing, local governance, urban planning, and community engagement.
