Niko Emack runs Emack Ideas Strategy, a small political consulting and ideation firm. His work has appeared in The Boston Globe, NPR, Foreign Policy Magazine, The National Interest, NBC Boston, CBS, Fox 25, and more. He has been a guest speaker or panelist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Harvard Institute of Politics, Harvard Law School, Boston University, Tufts University, Emerson College, and more.

As a civic leader, he was recognized with a leadership award from the Cambridge NAACP, honored alongside Massachusetts leaders with the Black Excellence Award on the Hill, and presented with the inaugural Carter G. Woodson Award for Leadership, Innovation, and Education by the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

He is currently a member of the faculty at Emerson College, and has taught at the Gwen Ifill College of Media, Arts, and Humanities at Simmons University and the Frederick E. Berry Institute of Politics at Salem State University.
