Rebika Shaw Bendayan is CEO at Uprise Health, a private equity-owned global mental health services organization offering digitally enabled and enhanced employee assistance programs.
Before joining Uprise Health, Bendayan spent eight years with CWH Advisors, where she rose to the position of chief operating officer and consulting partner. In her time there, she supported early-stage healthcare technology and service organizations and growth companies to navigate the highly transformative healthcare market. Her previous experience includes leading a team that provided global healthcare services in 65 countries through telehealth and remote second opinions.
She is a lifelong learner and teacher, and a true believer in the power of people to transform an organization’s ability to fulfill its mission in a meaningful way, by aligning personal and organizational goals.
