Luke D. Schultheis is a seasoned leader in university enrollment management, with decades of experience at both large research institutions and private universities, many with international campuses. He has served as faculty, chairperson, dean, and was elected Vice President of Enrollment and Admissions for AACRAO.
Schultheis is recognized for improving student enrollment, retention, and institutional rankings. He has published widely on enrollment management, served on journal editorial boards for over a decade, and continues to conduct research.
He and Don Hossler, jointly received the 2025 National Student Clearinghouse Research Center Award for Outstanding AACRAO SEM Research. Schultheis holds a Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska, multiple graduate degrees from Columbia University and NYU, and a B.S. from the City University of New York.
