A 1984 Emerson graduate, Bob returned to his alma mater as the Assistant Manager of the Journalism Production Center in 2015. He oversees the operation of the journalism news studio; newsroom; 7 edit suites; and the facility’s newest studio, the Evolving Media Suite. He is one of the few MTP staffers who remembers when the TV studios were on the second floor of 130 Beacon Street. In his spare time Bob is the Head Robot Design judge for the Rhode Island FIRST Lego League, which has 60 teams of middle school students designing, building and programming autonomous robots made completely with Lego pieces.
