The Department of Performing Arts is pleased to offer in-person auditions as a part of our 2022 to 2023 application process. Due to COVID-19, we have implemented the following guidelines to prioritize the health of our staff, faculty, students and visitors. By scheduling an in-person audition you and those accompanying you are agreeing to abide by these COVID-19 Protocols.

Vaccination Requirement

By registering for an in-person audition, all applicants and guests (1 guest allowed per applicant) attest that they are fully vaccinated or have received a negative Covid test no more than 72 hours prior to their arrival.

If you are not planning to test or be fully vaccinated please opt for a virtual audition. We are offering virtual audition dates in every phase of our application process - Early Action, Early Decision I & II, Regular Decision, and our Transfer dates. The modality and location of your Artistic Review will have no bearing whatsoever on your admission decision.

Face Coverings

All staff, faculty, students, and visitors are required to wear 3-ply face coverings/masks, covering both their nose and mouth, for the duration of their time on campus. The only exception to this policy will be for performers during their actual audition.

Departing

We appreciate your understanding that COVID-19 safety precautions prevent us from welcoming large crowds to events at this time. We ask that you depart promptly at the conclusion of your audition and after your questions have been answered.

Cancellations

Applicants are able to cancel or reschedule their audition in Acceptd up to midnight before their scheduled date. Please make use of this should you have any health or safety concerns.

Should we determine that it is unsafe to hold in-person auditions we will convert our in-person auditions to virtual and communicate this change to applicants as soon as possible.
