Leads data analysis and strategic planning to support academic growth and sustainability. Lesley will collaborate with stakeholders to develop KPIs, conduct program health reviews, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Oversees financial planning, budgeting, and day-to-day operations for key program areas. She leads process improvements and aligns operational practices with the college’s strategic goals.

Oversees course scheduling, instructor assignments, and speech academic operations to ensure the program runs smoothly and efficiently. Lexi will serve as a workflow informant by collaborating across departments to identify process improvements and support standardized operations.

Provides thoughtful and collaborative leadership to strengthen the effectiveness and efficiency of academic programs and services. Phedra will use data, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement to streamline operations and ensure initiatives align with the College’s strategic goals.

Gathers and analyzes academic data to produce clear, actionable reports and dashboards. Julie supports academic planning and program growth by delivering user-friendly insights and standardizing processes. 

Develops and implements efficient electronic workflows and promotes process standardization. Summer will guide initiatives and create resources to support continuous improvement.
