Mission Statement
Our mission is to empower and uplift first-generation college students by providing them with a strong support system and advocating for their unique needs. We believe that every first-generation student deserves equal opportunities for success. We are committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment where their voices are heard, and their experiences are valued.
Purpose
- Enhance the programs and services of our respective departments for first-gen/low-income students.
- Evaluate the needs of our undergraduate and graduate student population.
- Promote a campus environment of reflection, engagement, responsibility, and contribution to the broader community.
