Christina Dent

Tina leads the Teaching, Learning, and Assessment (TLA) team at the Iwasaki library with information literacy initiatives across campus. She and her team develop classes on research skills and information literacy, create digital learning objects, and facilitate professional development opportunities for faculty with an emphasis on constructivist learning and inclusive pedagogy. Tina also collaborates with faculty to embed and assess information literacy-based learning outcomes, to design research assignments, and to assist with the individual research needs of students, faculty, and staff.

Currently, Tina is also the interim School of Communication Librarian, and serves as the library point person for all School of Communication faculty. Get in touch with Tina if you’d like to learn more about:
