Roxana D. Maiorescu’s expertise lies in strategic communication and relationship management in corporate and higher education settings. She published her work predominantly in Journal of Communication Management, and >Business and Professional Communication Quarterly. She is the author of four books. Her monograph, “Corporate Diversity Communication Strategy,” was listed in the top twenty best communication strategy books to read in 2020 & 2021. Her latest book, “Relationship Management Strategy in Higher Education” (Business Expert Press, 2026), addresses challenges and issues that universities face today, among which enrollment, reputation management, faculty retention, and donor relations. Roxana served as a reviewer for Oxford University Press, Routledge, Palgrave Macmillan, Public Relations Review, Journal of Applied Communication Research, and the Austrian Science Fund.
