Mission Statement
What is Fusion?
Fusion is one of Emerson’s employee-led resource networks (ERN) open to all Emerson employees regardless of background. It offers a voluntary affinity-based space for connection, collaboration, and community-building. Rooted in shared interests and support, Fusion fosters a welcoming environment where employees who identify as BIPOC or people of color, and others holding any identity who wish to participate in the group, can come together to network, have fun, exchange ideas, and support one another's professional growth.
What Does it Mean to Be a Member?
Being a member means you are part of a vibrant community that has your back. Fusion offers safe spaces for community gatherings, and members are encouraged to communicate via the Fusion email, Slack group, or Newsletter. We lift each other up, and run on kindness, empathy, and respect for one another.
