The IT Help Desk offers a variety of technical support services available to staff, faculty, and students. These include, but are not limited to, desktop and laptop support, software installs and upgrades, extensive troubleshooting, and account management.
IT User Services vends, maintains, and delivers AV and production equipment for use by students, staff, and faculty for a wide variety of projects and events. Staff members are available to assist in setup and operation of this equipment.
Emerson IT manages and provides support for a number of classrooms, computer labs, kiosks, and specialized suites across all Emerson campuses.
The Information Security and Infrastructure team is responsible for building and maintaining Emerson College's information security, IP networking, and application environments, including Emerson Gmail, wireless/wired internet, network storage, and the campus phone system.
The Enterprise Systems team supports enterprise-wide applications designed to integrate business processes and data across departments. This encompasses all areas of student records, enrollment, finance, human resources and advancement.
The Instructional Technology Group supports faculty use of technology for teaching and learning both in face to face class settings and in online education.
