The Office of Property Management supports the educational mission and institutional activities of Emerson College and serves the College community through its oversight of the operation and condition of College properties. Property Management works to ensure safe, secure living and working conditions for all faculty, staff and students on our campus.
Property Management also serves as liaisons between Housing and Facilities to coordinate projects and work orders, troubleshoot problems that arise, and creatively balance student needs and requests with solutions that benefit the community as a whole. We work closely with all departments and offices on campus to facilitate space needs, office furniture re-purposing, purchases and deliveries, signage requests, assist with retail tenant needs, manage all city permits and licenses for the campus, and are the final signatory on A-1 film permit forms.
