Keith Spangler is a member of the Affiliated Faculty in the Marlboro Institute for Liberal Arts & Interdisciplinary Studies, teaching a Scientific Perspective course on climate change. Outside the classroom, he is a research scientist specializing in assessments of public health impacts of climate change and geospatial analyses of social determinants of health. He holds graduate degrees in earth, environmental, and planetary sciences (Ph.D. and Sc.M.) and epidemiology (Sc.M.), and an undergraduate degree in global environmental change and sustainability (B.A.).
