Graduate students arrive at 2:30 p.m.

There are multiple entrances to the BCEC but you will most likely enter via the main entrance on Summer Street, called the North Lobby, or via the Southeast Lobby, facing the Lawn at D. The Convention Center is very large, please allow extra time to find your way. If you park in the South Parking Lot ($25), there will be a shuttle bus. If you arrive at the main entrance on Summer Street, you may request a golf cart.
