Connections: Group Therapy 101
Connections is a therapy group designed to create a safe space for students to share experiences, grow interpersonally, and build a supportive community on campus.
- Starting September 23, 2025
- Meets Tuesdays, 2:00 to 3:15 p.m. for eight (8) weeks
- Open to all undergraduates
Building Balanced Relationships
This group will help you sort out what gets in the way of being interpersonally effective with others. You will be taught skills to better take care of yourself and others in any type of relationship in your life.

- Meets Wednesdays 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. for four (4) weeks

Rest & Reset: Skills for Calming Anxiety
Feeling stressed, stuck in your head, or overwhelmed? This group will help you better understand anxiety and learn practical strategies for calming your mind and body.
- Starting October 22, 2025
- Meets Wednesdays, 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. for four (4) weeks
- Open to all Emerson students
Facing the Mourning: Grief and Loss Support
This support group is designed to help with the grieving process of all types of losses. It aims to foster a safe space where students can share their experiences and discover tools to use to navigate their own journey of grief.
- Starting October 2025
- Meets Mondays, 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. for four (4) weeks
- Open to all Emerson students
Awkward Lunch Club
Does making new social connections feel tricky? Unsure how to socially connect on campus? Join us for Awkward Lunch Club—a supportive & non-judgmental group space designed for students to build comfort in conversation, practice social connection, and find community on campus. Bring your lunch, stay for support, leave with connection.
