Emerson College is committed to supporting students of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions. Resources are available to LGBTQIA+ students and their allies, recognizing that sexuality and gender intersect with race, ethnicity, culture, faith, ability, age, and other social characteristics.

Within the Cultural Engagement Center, staff  provide consultation on queer and trans issues,  along with educational, informational, and advocacy support for the campus community. Additionally, the Center also advises and supports student organizations such as EAGLE (Emerson's Advancement Group for Love And Expression) and Theyta (a group for non-binary folx). These organizations provide community, advocacy, and connection for LGBTQIA_ students and their allies. For more information, visit the Cultural Organizations listing.
