Take some each in the middle of each week to pause, gather with your community, and join us for our weekly Wisdom Wednesdays gathering in the Center for Spiritual Life, every Wednesday during the academic year from 11:30 a.m. to 11:55 a.m. This weekly gathering will introduce different spiritual practices and meditations along with an opportunity for a sacred pause in the middle of the week.
