Emerson’s Employee Resource Networks (ERNs) are jointly managed by Human Resources (HR) and the Social Justice Collaborative (SJC) and are open to all current Emerson staff and faculty.
An ERN is an optional affinity group of employees who gather together based on shared experiences and interests. Emerson’s Employee Resource Networks build community among staff and faculty, and enhance support for employees through events, networking, enrichment opportunities, and shared dialogue. Emerson’s ERNs are open to all current employees, and any staff or faculty member can join any ERN. Emerson staff or faculty can also propose a new ERN, which will go through an approval process with HR and the SJC.
