Social Justice Collaborative

HIVE (Hub for Inclusive Visionary Engagement) is an area within the Social Justice Collaborative.

We collaborate with students, staff, faculty, and community members to reimagine and shift inter-community and institutional resources to support material needs, inclusion and belonging, learning opportunities, and creative expression.

Our programs are rooted in systems navigation, affirming identity, and exploring visionary futures that lead to equity in arts, communication, and higher education.

Employee Resource Networks (ERNs)

In partnership with the Social Justice Collaborative and Human Resources, we support the College’s ERNs: groups of employees who gather together based on shared experiences or social identities. An ERN is an affinity space that enhances support for employees through community-building, professional development, and by engaging in shared dialogue with the College. Current ERNs: Fusion, eQual, EmCares.
