The EDC allowed me to use my spare time to understand how equipment and cameras work in a more individual and specialized way. I can talk to a series of people there, and it’s been so helpful. I have acquired a lot of confidence working with managers and students, who made me understand what it is to work in academia.
At the EML I have had the privilege of taking part in the discovery and implementation of the newest, most exciting developments in media technology that Emerson College has to offer. From 3D Animation, to 3D LIDAR scanning, all the way on into real-world zoetropes and live motion capture for VR games, the scope and complexity of the challenges we undertake seems to grow exponentially with each passing semester.
