Accommodations

Our Intern Housing accommodations will be located in either our Colonial Building Residence Hall, located at 100 Boylston Street or our Paramount Residence Hall, located at 555 Washington Street, Boston, MA 02111.

Our accommodations are 2-3 bedroom suites that include a private bathroom for suite mates. There are common-floor lounges and kitchenettes for all visiting interns to share.

Most interns opt to have a private bedroom within the shared 2–3 bedroom suite, and if you have friends or colleagues hosting internships in the city, you can certainly request to share a suite!

We offer a limited number of premium-suites at an escalated price for folks that prefer to have their own private suite. All our facilities are air-conditioned and fully furnished.

Please note, all visiting interns will be housed together, allowing you to meet and connect with students from all over the country that are also in the city for the summer!

You can receive mail and packages while staying on campus.

If you should have any questions during your stay or require any assistance, our full-time staff, including a full-time Summer Conference Director, will be able to assist you at any time.

Dining

The Summer Conference Program offers a variety of dining options. Several combinations are available, and each can be fine-tuned to meet your group's specific needs.

Security

The Emerson campus is monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week by a full-time Emerson College Police Department staff. Access to campus buildings is controlled through a front desk. All guests are given identification cards that are used to gain entrance.

Although Boston is a safe city, Emerson College reminds all guests to exercise caution when traveling alone or at night.
