Learning Outcomes

As a student in the Marketing + Creative Enterprise Institute, you will:

  • Produce a personal brand portfolio, and strategy 
  • Identify the creative industries and their key role players
  • Discuss factors that distinguish influential people, products, and campaigns of the past, present, and future
  • Amplify your presentations using data visualization
  • Receive a certificate after program completion.

  • Five Creatures Lesson: Applying animal rules to business competition.
  • All Rising Gasses Meet: How music, fashion, tv/film, and marketing converge.
  • Power to the People: Insights from the Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival.
  • Here’s A Little Story: Using data visualization as a storytelling aid.
  • Wish I Saw the Exit Sign First: Preparing for failure en route to fulfillment.
  • Ease on Down the Road: Commercial success is usually a squiggly line.
  • Media Thermodynamics: Relating universal laws to understand and monetize media/content.
  • Network. Mentor. Sponsor.: Lessons on how others can help build and better your brand.

Final Presentation

The Institute culminates in a presentation of work for friends, family, faculty, and peers. The presentation is scheduled for Friday, July 21, 2023.
