CJ Anderson, MA, LPCCStaff Clinical Counselor
CJ Anderson, MA, LPCC, holds a BA in film production and analysis from Cornell University and worked for a decade designing and directing large-scale, live multimedia events until noticing his favorite part of that work was helping technicians and clients manage performance anxiety. With this in mind, he obtained an MA in clinical psychology from St. Edward's University in 2009 and has been specializing in work with creative professionals ever since.

Chanda Lam, MA, LMFTStaff Clinical Counselor
Chanda Lam, MA, LMFT, earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a master's degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University. Chanda has over 15 years' experience working with a wide range of social and emotional disorders as well as significant trauma. She specializes in individual and couples therapy and although extensively trained psychodynamically, she customizes other modalities and relational approaches to suit the needs of her clients to support their short- and long-term goals. She utilizes relaxation techniques to reduce stress, improve focus, and strengthen her clients' coping skills. In her spare time, Chanda loves to travel and spend quality time with friends and loved ones.
