We're just as excited for our new students to get here as they are. Our ELA staff will help students with moving in, moving out, and every step between. Read on for advice about what to bring, what to leave at home, pre-arrival information, transportation options, and more.
While it’s important to be prepared, you’ll find out more of what you need to know once you arrive! Read on for some preliminary information about microwaves, placing work orders, your mailing address, and more.
You have many transportation options in LA: you can bring a car, rent one for the semester, or use one of the city’s public transportation systems.
Housing assignments and move-in times will be emailed to students before arrival. ELA staff will be here to make sure checking in and moving in go smoothly.
We value the safety and wellbeing of our students above all else, so from day-to-day security to emergencies, we’ll work hard to make sure you’re covered.
It's no secret that Boston and Los Angeles have very different climates, so leave the heavy winter coat at home! Be sure to pack weather-appropriate—and internship-appropriate—attire.
